Ordering Information
Payment Terms
Advance payment is our standard payment term.
30-day credit terms are available to approved business and government accounts, subject to confirmation before order acceptance.
Advance payment may still be required for special-order, urgent, non-stock, cross-border, customised or high-value purchases. Applicable payment terms will be stated in our quotation.
Delivery Charges
Free standard local delivery for orders of S$300 and above.
A S$20 delivery fee applies to orders below S$300.
Urgent, bulky, restricted-location, after-hours and other special deliveries are quoted separately.
Bulk Pricing
For quantity-based or repeat-order pricing, share the item specifications, quantities and expected order frequency.
Pricing is assessed against supplier terms and delivery requirements and confirmed in our quotation.
Product Certificates & Documents
Please specify any required certificates or supporting documents when submitting your RFQ.
Availability depends on the product and supplier. We will confirm whether the requested documents can be provided and advise of any additional charges before order acceptance.
